The scope of the Subsubcontract works is the provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant, Materials, methodology, design and detailing for the fit out and decoration works inside the envelope line as per the accompanying drawings and specifications. The works also include all required temporary works (if any), and their design, installation of, ongoing maintenance of and removal required for the safe execution of the Subsubcontract works. The end product needs to comply with the acoustics and fire performance requirements as stated in the documentation which forms part of this scope. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following works: • Internal Wall Systems (excluding glazed systems), dry lining, shaft walls, stud partitions, bulk heads, roller shutters and IPS panelling including wall access hatches in the vertical plane. Internal wall systems to include suitable support to doors (IWS); • Acoustic Lining (AL); • Security Lining* (SL); • Raised Access Flooring systems including access hatches and outlets (RAF); • Suspended Ceilings (SC) • Formation and fitout of offices, toilets, and kitchenettes (Office) • Fixtures, Fittings & Equipment (FF&E) • Wall and floor coverings including, but not limited to, ceramic tiles, ceramic wall laminate, rubber flooring, skirtings, internal DPM flashings, corduroy/tactile warning surfaces etc (COV); • Wall, floor, soffit, stair and ramp finishes including, but not limited to, sealer, paint, resin and internal mastic works excluding intumescent mastic to doors and windows (PAINT). • Screeding, insulation and DPM works to buildings excluding West Core, East Core, North Portal, South Portal and OOC Interface Substation (SCREED)

The scope of the Subsubcontract works is the provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant, Materials, methodology, construction detailing, testing, assurance and handover for the Vehicle Restraint Barrer (VRB) along the Station Access Retaining Wall and within the Interfaces Susbstation Compound as described in this document, scope drawings and specifications. This will include all required temporary works, and their design, installation of, ongoing maintenance of and subsequent removal, required for the safe execution of the Subsubcontract works. The extent of the VRB within this scope of works is limited to the capping beam of the underlying retaining wall indicated in Fencing Drawings as N1 Vehicle Barrier, and the two runs of Vehicle Barrier (contained within DNO Substation Compound Works) to be carried out within the site, as depicted in Appendix 01. Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Package for the construction of Urban Realm elements and the Head Houses and Ancillary Buildings. Part of these works require the installation of two, precast concrete attenuation tanks to the eastern part of the site. These tanks are a Subcontractor's design portion. Taking from RIBA 4 to RIBA 5 stage. The Sub-subcontractor shall be responsible for providing their own design and design for construction drawings, compliant with the design intent of the Contractors Designer. The Sub-subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring the submission and acceptance of their design from the Contractor and Contractor's design consultant through the Subcontractor. Works include the design , manufacture and supply of precast base, walls and roof units to site. Scope to include for, but not limited to, technical assurance, BIM modelling, asset scheduling and labelling, drawings for approval, as built drawings, indicative construction sequence methodology, submission of design packs, material approvals, and sustainability and environmental management. Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Package WP10.2 for construction of the Headhouses and Ancillary Buildings. Part of the scope requires the design, manufacture & installation of various bird netting and stainless steel balustrade infill panels to satellite buildings around the station complex. Those buildings include the following: • East Vent 1 • East Vent 5 • North Portal • South Portal • Train crew and catering • West Core • West Vent 1 • West vent 2 • East Core • Stainless steel grade 316 (grade 1.4401) netting • The system shall include all fixings, straps, clips, springs and any other accessories required to install the netting to the primary or secondary structure to the required specification. The Works shall effectively and reliably keep the façade and roof areas free from: • Bird habitation • Bird perching • Bird fouling The Works shall comply fully with the requirements of: • The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). • The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA). • The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB). • The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The Sub subcontract works includes the provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant and Materials for the design, testing (if req'd), manufacture and installation of bird deterrent systems • Must meet the requirements for durability set out within the specification. • Works include also mock ups, samples and quality benchmarks. The Subsubcontractor will be responsible for progressing the schedule and associated Stage 4 drawings through design for manufacture and installation of bird netting and design and supply of stainless steel balustrade infill panels. This will require submission to, and acceptance from, the Subcontractor, the Contractor's representatives and the Employer to ensure the provided Sub subcontractors design satisfies the intent prior to construction. All in accordance with the Contractors design procedure and technical assistance requirements. The scope also includes the design, supply, installation, management and removal of any temporary works required to execute the sub subcontract works and the provision of sufficient temporary protection of the finished systems were required. Roof covering 1600+ sqm. Construction is to be carried out over a 2 year period commencing in Q3 2026 and completing in Q3 2028. Multiple visits will be required over this period.

Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Package WP13.01 for construction of the Urban Realm. Part of the scope requires the installation of Cement Bound Granular Material Subbase for the permanent road network. This is completed in phases/access date areas across the extent of the site. The Sub subcontract works includes the provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant and Materials for the installation and testing of CBGM. Works must comply with Series 800 and HS2 External Works Specification (provided upon engagement). Total CBGM subbase area is: 9400m2 Average CBGM thickness: 230mm Construction is to be carried out over a 2.5 year period commencing in Q3 2026 and completing in late Q2 2028.
