BLD-3163 Store 54 Independent Heating Solution - Delivery
High level summary of the project includes:
Undertaken roof repair as there are leaks throughout.
Installation of roof insulation and suspended ceiling.
Upgrade of all glazing and doors (including fire doors).
Strip out of existing M&E services/plant.
Installation of VRV/VRF system and ASHP.
Upgrade of all lighting and ensuring complete electrical installation is ATEX/DSEAR compliant.
Note, a Stage 3 design and report will be provided and we would expect a stage 4 design/report before we progress with the build stage.
