The Hyde Group (THG) is seeking to create a Buildings (Fire) and Security Systems Maintenance & Repair Services Framework to meet its buildings fire, safety, security and access requirements across our geographical areas of operation. Please refer to the Section B ITT Document and Appendix C Scope & Specification document for the full detailed scope of services and requirements

Creation of a Framework in respect of Hyde Housing Association's Communal and Domestic Electrical Testing Services & Works requirements for the five year ET&I plan period 2023 to 2028. The framework ceiling value shall be set at £200,000,000 however the value of the contract shall be c.£2.4m p.a / c.£12,000,000 over the five year term of the proposed call off contract.

Hyde’s intention in respect of this invitation to tender is to procure a customer survey research services provider to meet the company’s listed requirements. The Framework will consists of two lots; Lot 1: Provider of telephone survey services and Lot 2: Provider of SMS / Email / IVR survey services.

National Framework Partnership has established an Asbestos Inspections and Associated Services Framework for use by Hyde Housing Association and any UK public sector body (including any future successors to these organisations. A full list of potential contracting authorities who may use the framework can be found here under the most recent file: https://www.ons.gov.uk/economy/nationalaccounts/uksectoraccounts/datasets/publicsectorclassificationguide). This Framework ensures legal responsibilities are met under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 through appointed specialist contractors, who can effectively assist in managing and controlling asbestos.
