HES is undertaking market research in relation to the provision of Waste Management Broker Services required across our whole estate. The aim is go out to tender late summer 2026, and we are looking to engage with suppliers who have demonstrable experience in delivering waste broker services on a national basis across Scotland, including remote and island locations.
