This Contract is being issued by Abbey Multi Academy Trust for the procurement of the installation of external canopies at two Secondary Academies via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. The purpose of the canopies is to create useable outdoor space, all year round, protecting students from the elements.

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by HEART Academies Trust to procure Integrated People and Payroll System for 3 years plus the option to extend for up to 2 years via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. HEART requires high-quality Integrated People and Payroll system and aims to appoint a capable supplier under a single contract to deliver these services. Scope of Integrated People and Payroll System encompassing People advisory Services • Compliance with UK education sector regulations. • Provides a fully managed People management system, payroll processing, and compliance tracking for all staff, including those on multiple contracts and transferred under TUPE. • Supports employee self-service and integrates with key external systems, such as finance software, Trust's MIS system, recruitment platforms, and pension providers. • Scalable to accommodate new schools joining the Trust and future growth. • Provider ensures ongoing compliance with legislative and regulatory changes, including necessary updates and support.

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Abbey Multi Academy Trust to procure the installation of a Multi Use Games Area via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. The Academy currently has a tarmac surface area used for tennis, football, etc (see Appendix H1. Existing Area). They would like to replace this surface with a Multi Use Games Area, and have selected to use the project "Playrite - Tournament MF" (see Appendix H3. Product Specification - Playrite Tournament MF). The contractor must be an approved installer registered with Playrite. The existing pitch is circa 72m x 36m, and so the project will see the pitch widen by 2 metres and add a new fence-line to the extended section. The installed pitch will be a minimum of 72m x 38m (see Appendix H2. Proposed Plan).

This tender is to provide a design, costs and installation schedule for a grass football pitch at One Academy - Abbey Grange CofE Academy. The academies fields contain an unused Redgra surface, which has become overgrown. The designated area is to be converted to a full-size grass football pitch - to create a safe and sustainable playing surface for school sports activities whilst improving the look of the outdoor space. The area will need to be dug out to an appropriate depth, including disposal. The tender should include the specification of new subbase, top soil and seed selection; in scope with the defined usage (Football/Rugby). The tender must include specification of any drainage requirements to ensure the finished product is useable all year round.

The Further Competition (FC) was issued by The White Horse Federation to procure Refurbished IT Hardware for 4 months via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. The Trust are intending to procure remanufactured or refurbished IT Hardware including:  420 laptops  240 desktops  35 monitors  90 docks 210 laptops are required as soon as possible, the remaining laptops and all other hardware would be required by the end of August.

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by The White Horse Federation to procure Catering Services for 3 years (plus 2 optional 12-month extensions) via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. Please see Appendix A, G1 & G2 for full details.

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust to procure Data Management Services for 36 months commencing 01st August 2025, with options to extend for a further 3 x 12 month periods via the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust (BCCET) was established on the 7th January 2016 and was known as Northern Saints Catholic Education Trust until 5 May 2020. Bishop Chadwick is the base Multi Academy Trust (MAT) for the East of the Newcastle & Hexham Diocese.

This tender is being issued by Abbey Multi Academy Trust to procure a long-term contract for Painting and Decorating Services across all AMAT schools The awarded Supplier will undertake the painting and decorating in line with the decorating plan and budget assigned to each academy annually. The budgets for the next 3 years are forecast to vary between £60,000 and £67,500 per year. If this continued into the 4th year of the contract, it would give a total contract value of approximately £260,000. Estimated budgets have been provided for the duration of the contract (including extensions), but these are provided for reference only and are not representative of guaranteed or committed spend. The following are essential requirements for all suppliers: • The supplier must be accredited with relevant industry bodies such as NSI, BAFE, etc. • The supplier must be able to offer access to Nimbus (or equivalent software) to provide a centralised platform for monitoring fire alarm faults and related data. • The supplier must be authorised to work on managed protocol panels including Fireclass panels (e.g. Fireclass FC708D). Evidence of this authorisation will need to be submitted before Contract Award. • The supplier must offer 24/7 support with a 4-hour call out service to ensure prompt response to any issues and minimise potential risks or downtime. • The supplier must provide a dedicated account manager to act as a primary point of contact. The objective of this Contract is to appoint a Managed Service Provider ("the Supplier") that will operate in partnership with HEART Academies Trust ("the Customer") to provide resilient, value for money ICT services that enhance teaching, learning and safeguarding outcomes across the Trust's schools.

The budget is expected to increase by another 2% for the year 2024 - 2025, reaching £58.6 billion.
