This tender is to provide a design, costs and installation schedule for a grass football pitch at One Academy - Abbey Grange CofE Academy. The academies fields contain an unused Redgra surface, which has become overgrown. The designated area is to be converted to a full-size grass football pitch - to create a safe and sustainable playing surface for school sports activities whilst improving the look of the outdoor space. The area will need to be dug out to an appropriate depth, including disposal. The tender should include the specification of new subbase, top soil and seed selection; in scope with the defined usage (Football/Rugby). The tender must include specification of any drainage requirements to ensure the finished product is useable all year round.
