Window Cleaning
GPHG is re-procuring its window cleaning contracts, covering approximately 500 schemes across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, parts of Derbyshire & South Yorkshire. The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of £1,600,000 over five years, but it is expected that this will be split into five geographical lots:
Central: BL & OL, M24, M25, M26, M35 postcode areas; approx value p.a £40,000; 109 schemes
East: Sheffield (S) postcode areas; approx value p.a £50,000; 39 schemes
North: BB, FY, LA & PR postcode areas; approx value p.a £45,000; 61 schemes
Manchester, Salford & Trafford North: M postcode areas apart from M24-26, M35; approx value p.a £110,000; 175 schemes
Stockport & Cheshire: CW, SK & WA postcode areas; approx value p.a. £75,000; 117 schemes

Fire Safety Equipment Testing, Servicing and Maintenance
Great Places is seeking feedback from suppliers that are able to test fire safety systems on a monthly basis, in addition to following a periodic servicing programme to fire safety equipment plus responsive maintenance and repairs to these systems, in line with relevant standards and regulations.
The proposed service covers approximately 860 residential buildings, that is likely going to be split between four regional Lots across the Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire regions.
The buildings accommodate a range of tenancies including social housing, shared ownership and supported living.
The total contract value is estimated to be in the region of £5.2m over a 5 year duration.
A Supplier Engagement Day will be held at 1pm on 27th April 2023 in Didsbury, Manchester, to achieve the following objectives:
1 - Understand supplier competency, capacity, operations and sector experience
2 - Understand pricing mechanisms and how to secure best value
3 - Gauge market interest and understand potential barriers to bidding
This is an opportunity for suppliers to have their say and offer feedback, to help inform the development of the requirements.

This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) UK2 Notice is issued for research and engagement purposes. We are seeking input from contractors who deliver lift servicing and maintenance services to help shape our future procurement strategy.
The intended scope may include:
The planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair of passenger lifts and domestic stair lifts across a diverse property portfolio, including residential blocks, sheltered housing, offices, and community facilities.
The contract will cover properties located in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire.
The services will include statutory testing, 24/7/365 emergency call-out response, safety inspections, component replacement (up to defined thresholds), and compliance with LOLER, PUWER, and other relevant legislation.
The scope may also include the removal of obsolete equipment and installation of new lift systems, subject to separate instruction.

Plumlife Homes, a subsidiary of Great Places Housing Group Limited ("Great Places"), is seeking feedback from the market for its upcoming Show Homes Interior Design Tender.
Plumlife is a "profit-for-purpose" organisation that focuses on affordable homeownership, property sales, marketing, lettings, and facilities management. As well as selling hundreds of properties a year, Plumlife manages over 6,000 homes and many communal locations too - building and supporting great communities is at the heart of what we do.
Through the eventual tender exercise Plumlife will develop an approved panel of Interior Designers who can bring a refreshing and complimentary touch to our show homes throughout the North West. Following provision of specific project briefs and an issued budget, designers will design and install show homes for new-build Plumlife developments where requested.

This application will serve as a new digital channel for customers. It will enable customers to manage their housing-related services more conveniently from their mobile devices, including rent payments, repair requests and accessing documents.
The eventual contract will cover the delivery of core self-service functionalities including: secure customer authentication; ability to view and update personal details and preferences; access to rent statements and arrears; raising, tracking and managing repair requests with appointment booking; submitting and updating Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) data; accessing documents from the document management system; secure two-way messaging and reminders; reporting anti-social behaviour and environmental issues; and providing feedback and survey responses. The solution must integrate in real-time with our existing systems, comply with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG), and meet security and data protection requirements. The partner will be expected to provide implementation, integration, testing, training, and post go-live support services, with a roadmap for future enhancements to extend functionality beyond the MVP.
