Great Places Housing Group is responsible for over 26,000 homes and properties across the North West and South Yorkshire. This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) UK2 Notice is issued for research and engagement purposes. We are seeking input from contractors who deliver lift servicing and maintenance services to help shape our future procurement strategy. The intended scope may include: The planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair of passenger lifts and domestic stair lifts across a diverse property portfolio, including residential blocks, sheltered housing, offices, and community facilities. The contract will cover properties located in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire. The services will include statutory testing, 24/7/365 emergency call-out response, safety inspections, component replacement (up to defined thresholds), and compliance with LOLER, PUWER, and other relevant legislation. The scope may also include the removal of obsolete equipment and installation of new lift systems, subject to separate instruction. Please note that this scope is indicative and subject to change. Estimated Value: Approximately £210,000 (ex. VAT) per annum.
