Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) envisages conducting an Open Procurement on behalf of its new-build domestic construction subsidiary Terra Nova Construction. To this end, GPHG expects to establish an open framework for the supply of bulk building materials, including bricks, concrete blocks, first and second fix timber, for use in the construction of domestic new build schemes of c.20-100 dwellings.

Plumlife Homes, a subsidiary of Great Places Housing Group, is establishing a framework for Interior Design services to support its show homes across the North West of England. The single lot will cover: (1) The development of design concepts, room by room styling plans, and FF&E selections in line with Plumlife approved specifications. (2) Full project management of Show Home Design & Installation, including oversight of any on-site work. (3) Management of any additional subcontracted support for tradesman and/or decorators.
