Fife Council require to put in place a Framework for annual servicing of Heat Recovery Units (MVHR) which are installed in new build and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The units are fitted to ensure that the properties are well ventilated limiting the potential of condensation and mould.

Fife Council has a requirement for servicing to be carried out on Heat Recovery Units that have been installed in new build housing and existing housing stock throughout Fife.
