Falkirk Council invites tenders to participate in a Framework Agreement for the provision, erecting, handover, maintaining and dismantling of on-hire scaffolding, to Falkirk Council housing properties, in addition to separately undertaking tests and inspections of this scaffolding.
The Framework Agreement will be awarded on a Lot by Lot basis. The Authority at all times reserves the right to award all, some, part or none of the Lots. The framework consists of 2 Lots; it is intended that up to 5 Contractors per Lot are to be appointed.

Provision of Homeless Supported Accommodation, Outreach Tenancy Support and Housing First Services
Provision of housing support services to assist individuals and households experiencing homelessness, housing instability or requiring support to sustain accommodation. The service will contribute to homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, independent living and improved wellbeing outcomes. The requirement is expected to include:
- Housing First support services for individuals with multiple and complex needs.
- Outreach tenancy support services for people residing within the Falkirk Council area.
- Supported accommodation services, including accommodation management and support provision for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Ground Maintenance Services
Falkirk Council wishes to undertake a tendering process to enter into a Framework Agreement with suitably experienced contractors for the provision of Ground Maintenance Service within the Falkirk Council area of Operation.
Key aims of the service are to provide a competitive, reliable, and customer-focused service to Place Services Roads and Grounds Maintenance Departments which will supplement the Council’s own in-house service.
The framework consist of 2 Lots, to which up to a maximum of 5 Contractors may be appointed per lot.
- Lot 1: Arboriculture Services
- Lot 2: Grass Cutting for Rural Area.
Falkirk Council intend to engage a firm of consultants to undertake the provision of Flooding and Drainage related Engineering and Professional Services through a Framework ‘call-off’ Contract.
