Estuary Housing Association Ltd (EHA) wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of Maintenance, monitoring, servicing and installation of renewable technology equipment across Essex.
The aim of the contract is to establish a good quality, responsive service of over 500 renewable technology assets already in place. This consists mainly of solar photovoltaic panels, NIBE boilers, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery units and air source heat pumps.
Subject to budget availability, opportunity may arise during the contract term to assist EHA with the delivery of small projects to install new renewable technologies.

Estuary Housing Association is proposing to rationalise its office accommodation, to vacate its head office at Maitland House this Summer and use Centre Place on the Woodgrange Drive Estate, Southend, as its main hub. Estuary intends to appoint a single contractor to undertake the remodelling project. There is a maximum window of nine weeks to complete the works which must be completed by w/c 21st July 2023.

Estuary Housing Association requires the services of a Chartered Surveyor to assist with the valuation, marketing and procurement of domestic properties as part of its stock consolidation strategy. We currently have over 4,700 homes in 18 local authority areas across Essex and the London boroughs of Redbridge, Havering, and Barking & Dagenham. Over one third of Estuary's homes are around Southend. We predominantly provide general needs rented accommodation, but also have over 500 shared ownership homes, 150 leasehold properties plus supported housing schemes, including small care homes. it is expected that the successful supplier will be contracted for an initial project after which further services may be required.

Tenderers will be required to complete a Non- Disclosure Agreement available from the Delta eSourcing Portal after which tender documents will be issued.
A suitably experience contractor is sought to carry out cladding remediation works as a consequence of changes to building regulations. Current cladding to be removed and replaced. The building is a three storey, multi-occupancy property in South Ockendon, Essex.
