GB-Southend on Sea: Chartered Surveyor Services

Description

Estuary Housing Association requires the services of a Chartered Surveyor to assist with the valuation, marketing and procurement of domestic properties as part of its stock consolidation strategy. We currently have over 4,700 homes in 18 local authority areas across Essex and the London boroughs of Redbridge, Havering, and Barking & Dagenham. Over one third of Estuary's homes are around Southend. We predominantly provide general needs rented accommodation, but also have over 500 shared ownership homes, 150 leasehold properties plus supported housing schemes, including small care homes. it is expected that the successful supplier will be contracted for an initial project after which further services may be required. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Tenderers will be required to complete a Non- Disclosure Agreement available from the Delta eSourcing Portal after which tender documents will be issued.
