A suitably experience contractor is sought to carry out cladding remediation works as a consequence of changes to building regulations. Current cladding to be removed and replaced. The building is a three storey, multi-occupancy property in South Ockendon, Essex. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
