GB-Southend: Centre Place Office Remodelling Works
Estuary Housing Association is proposing to rationalise its office accommodation, to vacate its head office at Maitland House this Summer and use Centre Place on the Woodgrange Drive Estate, Southend, as its main hub. Estuary intends to appoint a single contractor to undertake the remodelling project. There is a maximum window of nine weeks to complete the works which must be completed by w/c 21st July 2023.

GB-Southend: Personal Mobility Equipment Servicing & Maintenance
Estuary Housing Association wishes to appoint a supplier to source, install and maintain personal mobility lifting equipment in our resident's homes, including but not limited to stairlifts, step lifts, vertical floor lifts and overhead hoists. Services required include regular maintenance checks/ servicing, repairs and occasional supply and install of equipment.
The contract shall initially be for 3 years with an option by Estuary to extend for a further 2 years on a 1year plus 1 year basis to a total of 5 years.

Framework Agreement for the supply of care and support temporary workers
This procurement follows the Light Touch Regime.
Minimum number of suppliers invited to the framework will be 1, maximum number will be 3.
Specialist temporary agency workers will be required to cover defined hours of work (24-hour shift patterns) in the absence of a permanent worker or an in house ‘bank’ worker being available.
This may be but not limited to:
1) Planned (with at least 7 days’ notice) e.g. a vacancy, annual leave or training;
2) Unplanned (with less than 7 days’ notice) e.g. short notice shift cancellation or sickness (with only hours’ notice).
The staff must be suitably qualified and experienced support workers with experience of assisting customers with a range of conditions including learning disabilities, mental health issues and the elderly with dementia.
Estuary Housing Association requires the services of a Chartered Surveyor to assist with the valuation, marketing and procurement of domestic properties as part of its stock consolidation strategy. We currently have over 4,700 homes in 18 local authority areas across Essex and the London boroughs of Redbridge, Havering, and Barking & Dagenham. Over one third of Estuary's homes are around Southend. We predominantly provide general needs rented accommodation, but also have over 500 shared ownership homes, 150 leasehold properties plus supported housing schemes, including small care homes. it is expected that the successful supplier will be contracted for an initial project after which further services may be required.
