East Suffolk Council is seeking for a contractor for the renewal and repair of part of St Mary’s churchyard south boundary wall in Woodbridge, including new buttresses on school side.
The contract also requires removal of existing and the construction of new vehicular entrance gate piers and connecting boundary walls in new locations and the re-hanging of adapted salvaged gates.

The Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide support to their Housing Repairs and Maintenance operation for its housing stock, we currently have approximately 4500 council owned properties across the district. The properties are predominantly in the North of the district however on occasions there will be a requirement for attendance in the South of the district.
This service is to support resource planning for day to day responsive repairs and empty homes works to enable properties to be relet whilst providing a high-quality, cost-effective service to our residents. East Suffolk Council (‘the Council’, ‘ESC’) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the refurbishment, capital upgrades and internal remodelling of a three-bed semi-detached house, located in Stoven. Along with demolition of rear extension. The property is within the councils HRA stock and is currently void, refurbishment will allow us to return the property to use.

The works covered by this contract include small and medium scale coastal defence works and may include repair or replacement of sections of coastal defences of varying types, handrail and fencing repairs and maintenance as well as other minor civil engineering and general building works. The scope of works is further expanded to include cliff top areas to include footpaths and fencing as well as minor repairs to cliff and promenade areas.

Suppliers, once qualified, may bid for individual tenders under the lots in the DPS.
