Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) is undertaking this Pre Market
Engagement (PME) exercise on behalf of DFC, and are inviting suppliers who may have an
interest in this competition. The Department for Communities (DfC), is seeking to establish a single supplier Strategic Partner Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Services to DfC and participating Arm’s Length Bodies (ALBs). The successful Supplier shall be responsible for managing and delivering Professional Services in accordance with the Framework Agreement, this Specification and the associated Contract Documents. In order to support delivery of its strategic objectives, DfC and participating ALBs (the Buyer) require access to specialist Professional Services where in house capability or capacity is not available or appropriate. This will be in the form of consultancy support or other professional services, including staff substitution. The Buyer therefore proposes to establish a single supplier Strategic Partner Framework Agreement to support delivery of strategic priorities through defined Work Packages.

DfC Collaborative Framework for the Provision of Interpreting and Translation Services
Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD), on behalf of the Participating Bodies (Northern Ireland Civil Service Departments, Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies, and other Participating Bodies – ‘the Buyer’) is seeking to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the provision of interpreting and translation services.
Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedules for full detail on the requirements of this framework agreement.
Neither CPD nor the Participating Bodies can provide any guarantee as to the level of business under this framework agreement.
Preliminary Market Engagement to establish feedback from the market to develop and finalise the procurement documents for the procurement of a developer
The Department for Communities (DfC) is undertaking this procurement for the appointment of a developer for the regeneration of the former Grosvenor Barracks site.
DfC intends to facilitate a vibrant and inclusive community, incorporating private housing and a minimum of 60 social housing units, delivered within a sustainable, low carbon, high quality residential environment.
The successful developer will enter into a Development Agreement under Licence with DfC to deliver this project. This Agreement will set out the contractual framework governing the development, including obligations, conditions, and procedural requirements.
The Developer will be responsible for all design work required to secure full planning permission and satisfy requirements of all other statutory bodies. The Developer will be responsible for all aspects of the construction of the works, in full compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and relevant legislation. This includes entering into an agreement with a Housing Association for the delivery of the social housing units.
