DN Colleges Group is seeking to appoint suitably experienced contractor(s) to provide planned preventative maintenance, servicing, reactive and emergency breakdown support, repair and, where authorised, refurbishment of the Group's lift and escalator assets across Doncaster College, North Lindsey College and University Campus North Lincolnshire.
The procurement is divided into two Lots: Lot 1 - Lifts & Related Equipment and Lot 2 - Escalators & Related Equipment. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Lots. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently.
The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods.

The successful supplier will work alongside DN Colleges Group's internal marketing and technical teams and coordinate with the parallel brand and Salesforce CRM programmes. DN Colleges Group - Customer Relationship Management Solution and Implementation
DN Colleges Group undertook preliminary market engagement to explore options for a new Customer Relationship Management solution supporting the learner journey from initial enquiry through application, admissions and enrolment.
The engagement considered available CRM platforms, licensing arrangements, implementation approaches, integration with existing Group systems, delivery timescales and support models.
Following the market engagement and subsequent internal assessment, Salesforce was identified as the Group's preferred CRM platform direction.
Information gathered through the engagement was used to inform the Group's CRM business case, requirements and subsequent procurement planning. No contract was awarded through the preliminary market engagement.
