Corserv Solutions Ltd Cormac division is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to produce, deliver and install, as may be required in varying volumes, bus shelters in Cornwall under an NEC 3 Option A contract. The appointed contractor will be required to provide shelters, as may be specified, by authorised representatives of Cormac and/or Cornwall Council. Whilst there are no guaranteed quantities or expenditure commitments each year, shelters are required to primarily meet the needs of Cornwall Council’s ongoing infrastructure upgrade programme and to help facilitate any additional requirements following the Government’s LABG funding allocation. In addition, shelters of varying types and sizes will also be required as part of wider schemes that Cormac and/or Cornwall Council have to deliver such as s278 works or schemes delivered with developer s106 funding as and when they arise. This tender duration is 4 years, with the opportunity for a annual price review capped at CPI. This tender will be evaluated on 40% Commercial & 60% Quality. CORSERV Solutions Limited on behalf of its CORMAC division is seeking to procure specialist surfacing labour from suitably experienced and accredited suppliers. The successful suppliers will be appointed to a multi supplier agreement to provide specialist surfacing labour to CORMAC as and when required, primarily throughout the counties of Cornwall and Devon.

Corserv Solutions Ltd -Cormac Division wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake major refubishment works at Little Petherick Viaduct Camel Trail nr Padstow under an NEC3 Contract. Cormac will be acting as Principal Contractor for the major refurbishment works planned to start in early Autumn 2026. The works will see the viaduct stripped of paint, ironwork repaired and the structure repainted. Cormac are also the designers and will be working with the successful tenderer to finalise the scaffold design, the structural design, and the AIP approval process to ensure this is in place prior to construction works commencing. It expected that the successful tenderer will promote a collaborative approach to agreeing extent of repairs, method of repairs and issues relating to the impact of the works on the local community and trail users.
