Provision of Bar & Catering Services - Swansea Theatres
The Council wishes to appoint a contractor to manage and facilitate the commercial catering and bar services for two sperate venues: Brangwyn Hall and Grand Theatre.
The contractor will provide a consistent, high quality and cost-effective service, whilst providing an acceptable level of financial return to Council and contractor.
All venues areas are owned and maintained by the local authority.
For tendering purposes, this procurement will be split into three Lots with our preference being Lot 3.
Lot 1 – Brangwyn Hall
Lot 2 – Swansea Grand Theatre
Lot 3 – Both venues
Within Lot 1 and Lot 3, we will require a separate costed element to facilitate Frank’s Café (Located at the Brangwyn Hall).
The purpose of this agreement is for Building Services on behalf of the of Swansea Council to establish a framework agreement for General Builders.
The framework is an agreement for the Building Maintenance Section to carry out maintenance projects to Swansea Councils Schools and the Public Building Portfolio. These works include but are not limited to:
• Groundworks
• Bricklaying
• Plastering
• Carpentry
• Flooring
• Installation of Fire Doors
Preliminary market engagement for Housing Related Support Services (Housing Support Grant funded) to prevent homelessness
Swansea Council is hosting a market engagement event for organisations interested in delivering Housing Related Support Services (Housing Support Grant funded) to prevent homelessness which include:
- Services to rough sleepers.
- Rapid Response Assertive outreach support to people in Emergency Temp Accommodation e.g. Bed & Breakfast and Hotels.
- Floating Support to people in managed dispersed accommodation.
- Floating Support to people in their own homes.
- Support to access private rented accommodation.
