The Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to supply and deliver kitchen units, worktops and associated products for use across its housing stock and corporate buildings.
This Framework is for supply and delivery only. Installation, removal and any other on-site works are expressly excluded.

Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2.The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
There are two Lots available, as defined below. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Lots; however, no Tenderer will be awarded more than one Lot. As part of the PSQ, Tenderers must identify their preferred Lot in the event that they are ranked as the successful Tenderer for both Lots.
• Lot 1 69 Houses
• Lot 2 27 Houses 10 Blocks of Flats
During the tender period there will be a broadcast through e-Tender Wales confirming two available dates and times where contractors will have the opportunity to visit site with the Project Management team. During the site visit contractors will have the opportunity visit some previously completed properties as well as properties due to be undertaken.

Contract for the Execution for Renewal of UPVC Windows & Doors at Sketty Park Phase 3
Swansea Council ADG (the Employer) has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements.
The purpose of the regeneration scheme is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value to 48 nr. Council owned properties at Heather Crescent, Jasmine Close, Laburnam Place, Parkway, Whithethorn Place and Oakridge in Sketty Park.
Provision of 50 laptops as per the below specifications -
• 40 x 14” HP Firefly laptops (or equivalent)
• 10 x 16” HP Z Book Power (or equivalent)
To be delivered within 3 weeks from available UK Channel Stock following successful notification

The CONTRACT boundary shall include the AUTHORITY boundaries for:
A. Swansea Council
B. Neath Port Talbot Council
The CONTRACT is referenced as 5 service areas:
A. Traffic signals to include traffic signal junctions, toucan crossings, pelican crossings, puffin crossings and PEDEX crossings. For the purpose of this CONTRACT this Service Area shall be known as Traffic Signals.
B. Automatic Rising bollards.
C. Variable Message, Over-height Vehicle and Driver Information Signs.
D. Electrical Testing & Periodic Inspection.
E. Non-Routine and Planned Works
The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for locating the cause of all faults or errors and identifying these to the ENGINEER. The CONTRACTOR may also be required to liaise with other suppliers, at their own cost, to undertake a repair.
The AUTHORITY reserves the right to issue Task Order works on the behalf of other third-party local authorities, detailed bellow, under the terms of the CONTRACT.

This contract will commission an intervention and prevention Young Carers Service for Swansea, ensuring young carers and their families receive timely and appropriate support.
The commissioned provider will deliver a coordinated support offer for young carers, including assessment, safeguarding oversight, emotional and practical support, respite opportunities, youth club and group sessions, one-to-one support, school engagement, awareness raising, and links to wider partnership support. The service will also work in partnership with Social Services, Health and Education to support effective data sharing, joined-up working and access to positive childhood opportunities.
Overall, the service aims to identify young carers at an early stage, provide proportionate support, and help them maintain their wellbeing, education, family resilience and access to childhood opportunities.
The City and County of Swansea requires the provision of playground inspection services for school playgrounds and associated recreational facilities participating in Swansea Council's School Play Inspection Service Level Agreement.
The Contract shall provide access to competent external inspectors to undertake:
a) Operational Inspections.
b) Independent Annual Inspections.
c) Post Installation Inspections.
d) Post Accident Inspections.

Swansea Council intends to undertake works to Gardens within the curtilage of dwellings including boundaries to properties in West Cross, Swansea.
The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
