Crown Commercial Service as the authority intends to put in place a new pan-government collaborative agreement for the provision of income generation from estates, assets and Intellectual Property (IP). This will be a Dynamic Purchasing Solution where suppliers can join throughout the life of the agreement. This agreement will be used by Central Government Departments, their agencies, (including publicly owned transport organisations), Non Departmental Public Bodies, and all other UK Public Sector bodies, including local authorities, health, education providers, devolved administrations and charities.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to support the provision of Adult Learning and Skills requirements that can be utilised by Mayoral Combined Authorities, Devolved Administrations, Local Authorities, Education Establishments and Central Government Departments. The new agreement will offer a range of pre-qualified regional and national providers to support UK public sector bodies in running procurements for Adult Learning and Skills provisions. CCS will be creating a supply market that enables the procurement of education and training for those aged 19 years and above to help them develop the skills they require to progress into, or within, work; or to equip them for an apprenticeship and/or other tertiary qualifications. The new agreement will provide a route to market for all available 19+ funding streams (including Adult Education Budget (AEB)) that are used by Mayoral Combined Authorities, Devolved Administrations, Local Authorities, Education Establishments and Central Government Departments.

CCS intends to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Occupational Health and Related Services; including occupational health, employee assistance programmes, fully managed service, eyecare services and hearing services. Available to the public sector, wider public sector and third sector. This DPS will be procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and will subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-77 PCR 2015 and at Schedule 3 - Social and Other Specific Services.

CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for an initial period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. A further extension has been agreed and will be utilised and the end date of this DPS will now be 27/10/2028. The contract value of the RM6219 Learning and Training Services DPS has been uplifted by 50% (from £300m to £450m). This DPS was procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and will subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-76 PCR2015. This DPS allows for the provision of training services to be utilised by UK Public Sector Bodies, particularly benefitting the wider public sector and the third sector, but not excluding central government - more information around eligible users of the DPS can be found in the Additional Information Section VI.3 The aim of this DPS will be to provide access to a variety of providers offering a range of high quality blended learning and development services designed to meet the needs of UK Public Sector Bodies that will cover, but will not be limited to: ● Off the shelf training ● Bespoke specialist training Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3

CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for a period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. A further extension period of 43 months has been implemented. The total duration of this DPS is 9 years and 7 months and the end date is 27 October 2028. Bidders can request to participate for this DPS for its 115 month duration including any extension periods. This DPS is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and is subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-76 PCR2015. This DPS provides central government and wider public sector with the opportunity to procure services within the scope of the existing and new Apprenticeship Standards for England (SASE) live Frameworks, Apprenticeships Standards, End Point Assessments (EPAs); and related services via a number of Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) registered suppliers on the Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) Register and or the Register of EPA Organisations (RoEPAO). CCS reserve the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its life time; as set out in the terms of the DMP Agreement.

This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) set up a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 60 months and has invited bidders to request to participate for the Cyber Security Services 3 DPS. This DPS provides central government departments and the wider public sector with the opportunity to procure cyber services from a range of suppliers. The DPS filters are for certification, services, standards and experience. Appointed suppliers will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This notice is to advise that this DPS has been extended to 13th February 2029 and based on current spend profiling the estimated total value remains as £800million.

This DPS provides central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure an extensive range of innovative technology products and services. The four (4) distinct elements of the DPS service filters are subject/problem area, delivery method (technology type), geographical location and security level. Appointed Suppliers will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This notice is to advise this DPS has been extended until 15/02/2029 based on current spend profiling there is no need to increase the total value.

Crown Commercial Service is inviting suppliers to request to participate in the Artificial Intelligence DPS. This DPS offers a simple route to purchase artificial intelligence services in the public sector, allowing customers to access a wide range of competition in an emerging market, including discovery and consultancy services, licencing, customisation and support for AI applications, and end-to-end partnerships. This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) provides a compliant, one stop shop for all aspects of housing maintenance & repair for both tenanted and void/vacant properties. Featuring a vast range of both planned and reactive maintenance & repair services, the agreement also provides access to essential compliance services such as fire safety, electrical testing & asbestos management. It can help achieve Net Zero goals with PAS 2030/35 certified suppliers offering Whole Home Retrofit services and it also features Housing Portfolio Management, for customers looking to manage their housing stock and handle areas such as move ins/outs, disposals and put in place a centralised service to manage and fulfil repair requests.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the authority intends to put in place a DPS Agreement for the provision of Research and Insights services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations and charities. It is intended that this DPS agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all research and behavioural insights services required by UK Central Government Departments.

The indicative subject matter is for a provider to provide delivery services which cover the breadth of the DDaT spectrum to support the Buyer with delivering new Digital Services, as well as, managing existing and new live services as a Managed Service, as required.

However, it is not uncommon for work flow to follow a trend of peaks and troughs, sometimes with rapid and significant changes in volume. We can say that historically the average number of campaigns commissioned per annum is circa 200 (averaging 17 per month). It is not unusual for a number of large and complex campaigns to be commissioned at the same time, therefore the ability for a supplier to be adaptable and flexible is essential.
