Flagship Housing Development Limited intends to award a JCT Design and Build Contract for the delivery of a residential development at Godwinson Gate, Barton Way, Ormesby St Margaret, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (NR29 3SD). The procurement is being conducted through the Dynamic Market for Provision of Contractor Services, Part 1, and only suppliers admitted to the relevant Dynamic Market category at the time invitations to tender are issued will be eligible to participate.

The anticipated contract value is approximately £12.3 million, with construction programmed to commence in May 2027 and final handovers scheduled for May 2029.
