Provision for Public Service Obligation Air Services
Argyll and Bute Council is seeking to appoint a single operator to deliver Public Service Obligation (PSO) Air Services connecting Oban with the islands of Coll, Colonsay and Tiree. The Contract is for a four-year period commencing on 16 September 2027 and ending on 15 September 2031. The Services are intended to provide safe, reliable, resilient and financially sustainable air connectivity for island communities, supporting access to education, healthcare, essential services, employment, tourism and economic development. The successful Operator shall be responsible for the operation, management and delivery of the scheduled air services, including aircraft, crew, maintenance, booking and ticketing arrangements, customer service, marketing, performance reporting and associated operational activities in accordance with the Contract requirements.
Building Consultancy Services Dynamic Purchasing System
As the Dynamic Purchasing System list of consultants has now been created after the completion of the initial stage, new bidders will be able to submit SPD (Scotland) responses on an ongoing basis, as the List of Consultants remains open throughout the duration of the DPS’s existence.
Argyll and Bute Council are carrying out a Roads Depot Rationalisation project across the whole estate. As part of this wider project, a feasibility study has been undertaken to RIBA stage 2 for the development of two sites in Lochgilphead at Bishopton Road and Monydrain to combine services from across Lochgilphead onto these two sites.
Argyll and Bute Council are looking to appoint suppliers to form a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of Traffic Management Services, over a four-year period (1 year followed by 1 year extensions to allow for annual price review).
