Arbour Housing Ltd wishes to engage a service provider to provide external audit services. In addition to the usual auditing requirements the successful provider will be required to provide best practice updates to Arbour Housing Ltd and our stakeholders. The contract shall cover the external audit service for the three financial years: 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, 2027-28 and 2028-29. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the possibility of a further optional extension of 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
Arbour Housing wishes to commission a framework for the provision of legal services. Arbour has identified that its legal requirements (for this tender process) fall under three main areas of expertise and expects to appoint three bidders to the framework.
