AHDB is seeking a single provider for our office and window cleaning requirements for premises in Coventry, West Midlands. The successful supplier will be expected to provide the equipment required to perform and complete the duties. The contract is expected to start on the 1st April 2024m the initial contract term is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1+1+1. TUPE will form part of this contract, current staff will be expected to transfer over and the successful supplier will complete all that is required to facilitate this. The scope will be for evening cleaners, this will include key holding for locking the building, which will form part of this contract. Core requirements are: • To conduct an observational audit (at time critical periods) of all fresh pork (fresh pre packed), bacon, gammon, sausages and ham products 6 times a year. The sample should cover the 10 largest multiple retailers • Data to be collected in all chilled cabinets within the retailer, including gondola ends and secondary fixtures. • Historical results which AHDB currently hold must be incorporated into the results so that changes over time can be tracked. Results must be provided separated by individual retailer as well as at total market level. • Results must be provided in both in tabular format and chart format using a suitable software package.
