The core requirement is to build a fully functioning digital data hub for the UK Cereals and Oilseeds sector allowing data to be shared both up and down supply chains, including replacing the current paper grain passports in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Beyond this the data hub must be flexible enough to capture additional data over and above the core passport data, as required by industry and allow it to be accessed by others in the supply chain
