2022-594 AHDB Office & window cleaning requirements for premises in Coventry

Description

AHDB is seeking a single provider for our office and window cleaning requirements for premises in Coventry, West Midlands. The successful supplier will be expected to provide the equipment required to perform and complete the duties. The contract is expected to start on the 1st April 2024m the initial contract term is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1+1+1. TUPE will form part of this contract, current staff will be expected to transfer over and the successful supplier will complete all that is required to facilitate this. The scope will be for evening cleaners, this will include key holding for locking the building, which will form part of this contract. There may be an additional requirement for AHDB Stores, but this is a very small requirement for cleaning, and therefore the main focus is AHDB HQ where suppliers will be invited to an Open Day to walk around and ask questions to give them a better insight for putting together a tender.
