Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Corporate Clothing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and associated safety products across the business. The scope is expected to include (but not limited too): • Corporate Clothing, branded workwear and role-specific uniforms. • General and specialist PPE, including safety footwear, high-visibility clothing, protective gloves, head protection, eye and hearing protection, and weatherproof clothing. • Associated safety products and consumables, including sun protection products where required. • Inclusive product ranges, including appropriate sizing, female-specific PPE and maternity wear. • Lightweight and seasonal clothing options, including suitable products for operational teams working in hot weather, alongside access to new fabrics and clothing technologies. • Product branding, embroidery, printing and personalisation. • Product fitting, sizing support, samples and wearer trials where required. • An online ordering solution, including a punch-out catalogue integrated with Affinity Water's procurement system. • Stock management, order fulfilment, delivery, returns and replacement arrangements. • Sustainable sourcing, recycling and responsible end-of-life disposal, including the secure disposal of branded clothing. • Management information, expenditure reporting, account management and performance monitoring.

Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of a specialist provider to deliver integrated pest management, wildlife management, environmental monitoring and estate protection services across its estate. The scope is expected to include (but not limited too): Environmental and Site Monitoring • Planned inspections of lakes, reservoirs, biodiversity sites and public access routes. • Habitat, vegetation and environmental condition monitoring. • Identification and reporting of environmental, ecological and public safety risks. Pest and Wildlife Management • Management and treatment of rodents, rabbits, foxes, wasps, hornets and other relevant pests. • Protected species surveys, monitoring, licensing support and habitat assessments. • Specialist advice and emergency response for wildlife-related incidents. Reservoir and Asset Protection • Investigation and monitoring of burrowing animals and wildlife-related structural damage. • Identification of wildlife-related water quality and operational risks. • Prevention and mitigation of wildlife access to operational assets. Estate Security and Site Protection • Trespass and boundary investigations. • Deployment of covert and cellular monitoring equipment and evidence gathering. • Liaison with Rural Police, tenants and lessees where required. Incident Response • Emergency attendance for pest, wildlife, environmental and public safety incidents. • Investigation, corrective recommendations and incident reporting. Social / Environmental Value • Responsible reuse of suitable pest control by-products, including existing arrangements for use as animal feed by zoos and farms, where legally and operationally appropriate. Reporting • Monthly performance, inspection and incident reporting. • Risk registers, photographic evidence and location references. • Findings, recommendations and compliance advice.

The scope is expected to include (but not limited too): • Occupational Health advisory services and case management, including management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, absence management support, and return-to-work guidance • Pre-employment screening and safety-critical medicals, including questionnaire-based assessments, clinical reviews, and follow-up consultations where required • Health surveillance services delivered through planned onsite activity, including full-day and half-day clinics aligned to operational and regulatory requirements • Management advice and guidance services, including telephone and email support for ad hoc Occupational Health queries • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health support services, including counselling and specialist support provision • Musculoskeletal support and physiotherapy services • Wellbeing services, including health assessments, "Know Your Numbers" initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activity • Workplace assessments, including DSE assessments and workplace adjustment assessments
