To appoint a number of Suppliers, will be expected to provide the services covered by Lot 3 – Hard Facilities Management and Lot 5 – Soft Facilities Management, but as a minimum an appointed Supplier must be able to provide and manage the delivery of the following Hard FM and Soft FM services on behalf of the client, either through the Supplier’s own in-house solutions or via the Supplier’s supply-chain; Cleaning Catering Washroom and Hygiene Pest Control Security Waste Management Planned Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Reactive Maintenance for Buildings and Estates
