To appoint a number of Suppliers, will be expected to provide the services covered by Lot 3 – Hard Facilities Management and Lot 5 – Soft Facilities Management, but as a minimum an appointed Supplier must be able to provide and manage the delivery of the following Hard FM and Soft FM services on behalf of the client, either through the Supplier’s own in-house solutions or via the Supplier’s supply-chain; Cleaning Catering Washroom and Hygiene Pest Control Security Waste Management Planned Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Reactive Maintenance for Buildings and Estates

Planned Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Reactive Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Roofing Internal structure Finishes/decoration Internal fittings/fixtures Glass and glazing Mechanical services Electrical services (including PAT Testing as required) Water and drainage systems Security and safety equipment Fixtures, fencing, fittings and signage Commissioning and testing Specialist installations (e.g. hoists, lifts, aerials, lightning equipment/protection, period bells) Fixed furniture and equipment Specialist educational equipment (fume cupboards, lathes etc.) Catering equipment Lettings ICT passive infrastructure. Utilities – Testing Helpdesk Services
