Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, is looking to appoint a number of Consultants to a Framework Agreement to provide a range of Professional Services, specifically across Scotland. The Framework Agreement is 1 lot, which will cover all bodies in the Scotland Public Sector. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2016 Open Procedure.
