Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years.\r \r The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include:\r i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming.\r ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning.\r iii Hedge-cutting.\r iv Weed control.\r v Leaf collection and removal.\r vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts.\r vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes.\r viii Maintenance of hard standings.\r ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates)\r \r Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.\r Additional information: Expressions of Interest and access to the tender documents is via the Procontract portal
