Our employees work over all geographic areas and we are supported by Contractors to ensure smooth service delivery and ensures we can accommodate all requests and rising in demand.The Empty Homes service is customer demand led and is subject to property terminations. Together Housing cannot offer a minimum number of properties or value of work, and priority to sustain our employees will be given. Together Housing is looking to Contract this framework for the maximum period of 4 years. The framework will have 5 geographically located lots and 13 trade and service provision sub sections per lot.
