This provides an Engineer/Technician within an eight working hour response time during our normal support period of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday, allows for 2 proactive Preventative Maintenance Visits Per year, and covers all parts and labour (within core hours) irrespective of whether it relates to a proactive or reactive visit. Poly Warranty. Poly: Qty 10 (Renewal) 12-Month Poly Partner + Warranty.
