In this present instance, the Customer is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 1 of ESPO Framework 676_21. South Yorkshire Pensions Authority has a requirement for an FM service at their head office accommodation at: Oakwell House 2 Beevor Court Pontefract Road Barnsley S71 1HG As part of the Authority's aim to obtain value for money, we are requesting bids as follows: · As a minimum we require a bid for Soft FM* services only which must be provided. · There is also an option to submit an additional bid for a fully managed service of both Hard and Soft FM*. *Please note the precise requirements deemed to be Soft FM and Hard FM are specified in the services and pricing schedule. The Authority will then consider which option provides best value.
