The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is pleased to invite you to tender for the work through the LHC Framework Whole House & Associated Works WH2 Framework Workstream 2. The procurement strategy being adopted for this project is a mini-competition to those that responded to the expression of interest stage. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended), Tenderers are invited to submit a Tender for the carrying out of the Works as further described in this Invitation to Tender. Words and expressions have the meanings used in the Invitation to Tender. The works comprise internal and external works spread across various low rise residential housing blocks within Dagenham. The successful Contractor will be appointed under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016 (IC 16) as amended by the Employers Special Conditions (refer to Section 7). Upon submitting a tender for this project, the tenderer is to have read, understood and agreed to these Special Conditions. Any proposed Contractor amendments are to be submitted with the tender return. As such, the Contractor must be both willing and capable of controlling the design development and construction phases to ensure that the project is completed
