Requirement: The London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is seeking an evaluator to undertake a detailed process and impact evaluation of the 2nd Iteration of the Youth Practitioners Leadership & Development Programme. The evaluation will explore the programme design, implementation and delivery. It should help identify barriers, benefits, highlight key learning and promising practices to help drive improvements. This contract was awarded in March 2024. As an evidence-based organisation, the VRU uses research and analysis to help inform our decisions and work.
