The purpose of this service is to help Cheshire East Council to achieve the 4 key priorities outlined in our Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy: - Enabling people to remain in their own home. - Enable people who are homeless to secure appropriate accommodation. - Provide interventions to prevent / reduce rough sleeping. - Ensure adequate support is in place to help maintain and sustain accommodation
