The Council underwent procurement for the provision of a Consultancy review of Information, Advice and Guidance Services in Croydon. The Council's current Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) contract is held by the Citizens Advice Bureau. This has recently been extended for a further year up to March '25, at which point a new contract will need to be in place.
