Provision of an Urban Traffic Management System (UTMC) with a common database and strategy manager. Call-Off via Lot 4 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Transport Technology and Associated Services (TTAS) framework (RM6099). May 2024 modification 1 - contract to include moving and ongoing support for our on-premise Urban Traffic Control (UTC) system to the cloud.
