A Fire Engineer is needed to provide a Client-Side design consultant services for the BWF New Homes which is to be delivered through a 2 stage design (SQ) and build route. This is essential to make sure that all fire work is specified, designed and executed. BWF new homes is a phased development including demolition of a LPS tower (Northolt). Construction of the new homes will be concurrent with refurbishment works to the existing estate and coordination of all building operations is critical to successful delivery. Fire related design and installation is a critical health and safety requirement. In light of the Building Safety Bill implementation LBH requires assurance that BWF new homes meet all statutory requirements. There are a number of specialist advisors appointed by the contractor Willmott Dixon and statutory consultees: LFB, HSE, Fire Officers, Building Control and a client advisor is needed to represent LBH interests and to provide technical advice.
