The Learning Partner will design and deliver a high-quality research project that: -Upskills Young People in peer research methods -Identifies successes and challenges of the VRU's Youth Participation programme -Creates outputs to share learning . Given the unique nature of the YPAG, the VRU encourages the Learning Partner to use youth participatory approaches to upskill the YPAG and Wider Voices, and to co-design the evaluation model and learning outputs. The VRU encourages the Learning Partner to use a range of innovative and creative evaluation methods with young people at the centre, such as case studies, multi-media content and written reports. The Learning Partner will also need to work in close collaboration with the YPAG's parents/carers and the VRU's Youth & Communities team to develop and deliver a suitable evaluation model for this programme, including ensuring the monitoring plan will adequately support and inform evaluation.
