Targeted Impartial Information Advice and Guidance (TIIAG) service which discharges Stoke-on-Trent's duties set out in the 2008 Act; with specific emphasis on identifying and supporting those Yr12 and Yr 13 young people who are NEET including those who are NEET up to 25 with SEND and care leavers.
