This is a Pre-construction service agreement (PCSA) - The Contract forms will be NEC PCSA (bespoke drafting) and an NEC 4 ECC Main Option A, for the proposed the design and construction of the internal CAT B fit out of the new Government Hub at GPA First Street, Manchester. The successful Contractor will prepare, develop, and complete the detailed designs proposals for the Works, including but not limited to construction drawings and specifications on the basis of open book costs that satisfies the Employer's stated outcomes and cost benchmark in accordance with the scope outlined within the PCSA. The Contractor shall be responsible for identifying, procuring and appointing all designers, specialists, sub- contractors and the like as required to carry out the Works in accordance with this Scope of Services and the Employer's Requirements
