Description

Through delivery of the contract Magenta Living will be delivering fabric first measures via the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) to raise the energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of social homes.\r \r The scope of Services and Works includes Retrofit Roles and Services, External Wall Insulation ,Cavity Wall Insulation and a \r A Carbon Zero Pilot which includes Roofing Renewal , Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pump and Cavity Wall Insulation \r Additional information: Suppliers wishing to express an interest in the tender for this requirement must download and complete the Expression of Interest form and submit via the messaging facility in the Magenta Living e-sourcing portal https://procontract.due-north.com/Register (https://procontract.due-north.com/Register) and follow instructions for submission of an expression of interest.
