The purpose of this request for quotation is to enable BlueLight Commercial to successfully manage and deliver the FBC to the Home Office by October 2024. To do so BlueLight Commercial are seeking to appoint a skilled Programme/Project Manager to deliver and enable successful completion of the FBC and undertake surveys on key topics that will aid content of the FBC. Please Note - The attachment of the OBC is not for wider circulation without permission of BLC.
