Suffolk County Council are direct awarding their vehicle hire portal contract using the YPO Vehicle Hire, Lease and Purchase Portal Framework. Reference number 1092 - LOT 1 Contract will commence on the 1 February 2025 and expire on the 31 January 2027. The contract will have the ability to be extended up to a further two (2) years to expire at the latest 31 January 2029. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT.
