Catering - Delivered Ready Prepared Meals (DPRM)

Description

For the provision of Delivered Prepared Ready Meal (DPRM) Catering service intended for use at Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority). NTW Solutions Limited (the Authority) is acting on behalf of the Authority (jointly referred to as the Authority) who reserves the right to award the contract in whole to one or more than one Supplier(s). (See Annex 1 for further detail on how contract awards will be proportioned to mitigate risk of continuity of supply). Note: For the avoidance of doubt, this re-tender exercise and client specific requirements in this document is being run by the Authority, utilising NHS Supply Chain: Food operated by Foodbuy DPRM framework documentation that creates commercial and operational precedence post contract award. Post contract award, this contract will be managed by NHS Supply Chain: Food operated by Foodbuy on behalf of the Authority. The duration of this new contract Term will be an Initial Term of three (3) years, with an option for one (1) plus one (1) year extensions to a maximum duration of 5 years.
