Suppliers who are interested in doing business with our clients in future can register with our e-procurement solution SAP Business Network for free via https://supplier.ariba.com/ The Trust have procured: EIZO Hardware Solution for Bristol Royal Hospital, Cleft Clinic which includes: • EIZO installation package for Hardware Solution • EIZO 5YR Gold on-site warranty for Solution • Replacement of old screen behind dental chair • Replacement of old screen in front of chair • Camera to show the room • Camera trained on the chair • Picture sent to screen in front of child so they can see the procedure • Ability to change Field of View (Pan, Tilt, Zoom controls) • Child to have visibility of guardians during procedure • Mics and speakers to support active communication between rooms • Large screen showing image from camera • Microphone in ceiling to send voices into Room • Ability to mute to keep conversations/privacy setting • Replacement Display (noting dual-purpose use for Education/ Training purposes) • Camera to send image into procedure room • 3 Year Service Assist • Server Costs at start of year 2 for an additional 2 years of Vidiview Licensing • Room Costs at start of year 2: for an additional 2 years of Vidiview Licensing
