The opportunity was split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1 - Hard Facilities Management Services Lot 2 - Soft Facilities Management Services The Hard and Soft Facilities Management Services Tender was let to improve overall service requirements and obtain better value for money by increasing the scope of requirements ensuring continued delivery and support. The services comprise of all the cleaning and maintenance tasks undertaken as a responsibility of Merseyrail in line with the Station Access Agreements.
